Make it easy to do business with you. Wether you are on the purchasing side or on the supplier side. Wether you have internal customers or outside partners. Reduce your internal rules, regulations and processes to the max and create a mindset of easiness.

Yes, this may result in more exceptions from your standard as per today. But your enhancement in flexibility and speed will quickly turn into competitive advantage. Your organization will gain more room to move and will be better positioned to master the challenges ahead.
